About our Chairman, Brinley Platts

Brinley Platts is well known for his work in IT executive development. He has been helping FTSE 100 CIOs and their teams with their effectiveness and business engagement for over 10 years. He is an authority on CIO career development and performance and has helped scores of CIOs achieve better insight into their personal strengths and drives. He is a leading IT executive coach, researcher and author, currently working with Boston University to bring their CIO Pocket MBA to London for the benefit of European IT executives.

He was the founder of the KPMG Young IT Executive Star Chamber, co- founder of the  IS Leaders Academy and facilitator of the CIO Panel. He is currently researching 21st century shared services as a fellow of the Institute for Global Work at Boston University Business School.

Brinley is the creator of the CIO Role-Types model of career development, clocking up over 800 hours of individual diagnostic assessment and coaching with FTSE 100 CIOs and other leading IT executives.



About Our Chief Executive, Gordon Lovell-Read

Gordon has substantial operational and management experience in blue-chip companies and specialises in inspiring, unlocking and delivering outstanding business outcomes. He has a wide and deep insight of our market through his career portfolio.

Gordon was group CIO and a member of Siemens executive management board for over six years with an intense portfolio of M&A integration, business process transformation, big systems deployment, outsourcing, off shoring and “core function” shared service creation and deployment.

Prior to that he was at HP for over seventeen years where he gained extensive international experience spanning management consulting, global sales, marketing and product management.

Previously, as an “apprentice”, he spent ten years as a software engineer writing compilers, operating systems and mission-critical client applications.

This unique combination of supply-side and demand-side expertise ensures that, in addition to his role as CEO, he is in constant demand as an industry speaker, facilitator, mentor and consultant as part of our delivery capability for our clients.
