Congratulations to Rob Harding who has been appointed divisional CIO for CapitalOne Bank (Europe). He is a CIO Pocket MBA graduate and member of our IT Executive CPD programme. The Capital One Group is a top ten credit card issuer in both the UK and United States with approximately 44 million customers world-wide.

Rob joined CapitalOne in 1999 and has been Chief IT Architect since 2008. Before then he worked in utilities, including commercial analyst roles for East Midlands Electricity and business consultant in the settlements division at National Grid.
