Rachel is our QA & Admin Lead. She manages the CIO Development office and administrative areas as well as providing the key support and quality assurance for individuals experiencing coaching and mentoring, particularly as part of the CIO Mentoring Scheme.

She is on-hand to help with any enquiries or appointments for any of the team and has access to their schedules, as well as to details, pricing and options for our services.
