Dr Brian Davis

Dr. Brian Davis has over thirty years experience in IT and telecommunications, working in both the energy sector and financial services. He held the position of Head of Corporate Information Systems in ESB, Ireland’s national electricity utility, for eight years.

Brian has a wide range of experience, at senior organisational level, specialising in the effective direction, governance and development of large scale ICT related projects, in Ireland, UK and USA. He currently works as an independent consultant focusing on ICT management and innovation. In addition, his ongoing research interests are focused on the role of the CIO and their interactions with top management.
